Jewellery Repairs
Benefitting from our own jewellery workshops located at our
Southampton branch, which is comprehensively equiped to
undertake all repairs on gold and silver jewellery from simple
solder to full remount. We specialise in remounting and
hand made restorations and remodelling of existing
pieces, together with supplying and amtching orecious
stones. Timothy Ayles our technical services manager
heads up our jewellery workshop benefiting from over
25 years experience in specialist jewellery repair and
alterations. Tim and his team will be delighted to discuss
your individual requirements.
We are also able to size rings or convert items
purchased from us within hours if required.
Pearl Restringing
We rethread all types of necklaces including Natural, Cultured, Imitation Perals and other semi precious bead necklaces.
Watch & Clock Repairs
We repair all makes of watches including top Swiss brands for example Rolex, Cartier and Omega. Our clockmaker undertakes restorations of Longcase, Bracket French Mantel and Carriage Clocks. We are able to also undertake dial and case restorations. Our repairs are covered by a full 12 month guarantee.
Engraving
Our engraving services includes hand and machine engraving. Our hand engraver is able to engrave that special inscription and seal or crest engrave gold and stone set signet rings.
Our machine engraver offers an alternative for items such as salvers, tankards, cups and trophies.
Purchasing of second hand jewellery & silver
We are delighted to advise you on the sale of jewellery, silver and antique items without charge. We selectively purchase for our ever growing national and international clientele to add to our extensive range of second-hand and estate jewellery and silver.
Silver repairs
Our Silver workshop provides a comprehensive repair and restoration service including replating.
Bespoke special commissions
We undertake special commissions to customers own particular requirements. We prepare drawings prior to supplying the perfect individual gift.
Valuations
We undertake all types of valuations including insurance probate and sale between parties. Jane Emsley our in house registered valuer uses the Appraiser System with digital photographs of the valuables, a method approved by most of the countries top insurance companies.
Corporate gifts
We recognise the ever growing demand for corporate presentations as an incentive and to reward employees and associates. A seperate catalogue is available on request with fine selection of gifts suitable for all types of presentations including long service awards.
Wedding lists
We are delighted to advise and help you compile your wedding list, with our many years of experience in the Bridal Market. All presents are gift-wrapped & delivered.
